1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and Ecom Express.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Prepaid orders are given dispatch priority. COD orders may require confirmation before shipping.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 working days
Remote Areas: 5–8 working days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
A ₹49 standard shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999
In rare cases, remote location surcharges may apply. Customers will be notified in advance.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

A shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number
A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

6. Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or non-response, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select PIN codes only.
A nominal COD handling fee may apply.
All COD orders require confirmation before dispatch. Unverified COD orders may be cancelled automatically.

8. Delays or Unserviceable Areas

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, or natural events.
If your area is unserviceable, your order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.

9. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India.
