1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return if:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• The request is raised within 3 days of delivery

• A clear unboxing video shows the issue (damage, defect, or wrong product)

Returns without a valid unboxing video or after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:

• Opened or used supplements

• Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable

• Free gifts, promotional combos, or discounted bundles

• Damaged products without unboxing proof

3. How to Request a Return

1. Email us at connect@kronnutrition.in within 3 days of delivery

2. Include your order number, reason for return, and unboxing video

3. Our support team will verify and confirm next steps

Return Shipping:

• Pickup is available for select PIN codes

• Customers may need to self-ship from certain areas

• A ₹100 return/restocking fee applies and will be deducted from the refund

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 8–15 working days

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method

• COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The product is used or tampered with

• The original packaging is missing

• No valid unboxing video is provided

• The return fails inspection

5. Exchanges

We only replace products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with valid video proof.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Refunds for prepaid cancellations are processed within 1–2 working days.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Provide a clear unboxing video
  After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
  Without video proof, claims cannot be processed.
