1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it is shipped from our warehouse.
To cancel your order:

Please include your order number in the cancellation request.
If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations requested through social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) are not valid.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and then raise a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. COD Order Cancellations

COD orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp before shipping.
Unconfirmed COD orders may be auto-cancelled after a few hours.
Frequent COD cancellations may result in temporary suspension of the COD option for your future purchases.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, we will process a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, etc.).
Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

KRON Nutrition reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

Product is out of stock or discontinued
Invalid or incomplete address provided
Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway
In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued immediately (if payment was already made).
